Pani Puri, Gol Gappa, Gupchup...the list can go on forever on what this dish is called. This is my all time favorite South Asian street food!
The "base" which is the Puri, is a puffed shell made from chickpea flour and it's stuffed with potatos, spicy chickpeas, and mung beans AND THEN you pour spicy Pani (water) into the Puri and eat it whole. If you've never had Pani Puri, it's quite the experience🤤
